Q: Where can I find the source code of the aroma.* packages and other packages used by it?

A: The complete source code for each package is available in the source *.tar.gz package files.  The majority of the aroma.* and the R.* packages are available on CRAN.  To download the *.tar.gz files, follow one of these links:
